What I'd like to see is proper milk offered when you check in. Even country motels @ $120 per night have given me a bottle of the milk of my choice at check in. Our room was cleaned & milk wasn't replaced. On the very plus side, we were given a bottle of sparkling wine, a packet of chocolates & a lovely note to enjoy our shared birthdays - the reason for our stay!

The location was fantastic for easy access to Southbank parklands and the room was really clean and comfortable, however, with such close proximity to the hospital it was very noisy.

Walkable to/from the Gabba, which was extremely handy for a busy game night. Accommodation and service was excellent.
