This property should be avoided at all costs. They left me stranded at the airport without a room. I specifically followed their guidelines to let them know my flight was getting in late at 11:30pm, and provided an email address. They told me they would send my room number and code the day off. Early morning day of I had not received the room code so I sent them another reminder. They did not respond or provide the room code. I was stranded and had to find a hotel room last minute at a much higher cost. Read other reviews which are similar to mine. AVOID this hotel!

Late check-in process easy (unstaffed).
No availability for food or drinks in area.
Early starters will miss breakfast

Good location, close to airport. Good vending machines with food that could be heated in provided microwave. Bathroom smelt like a urinal and linen smelt like they were not clean, also smelling of urine. Morning staff not very helpful or approachable. Asked for some assistance with pancake machine, they said follow instructions and if it didn’t work it must be broken, they were less then 4 metres away from machine but couldn’t be bothered to assist. When returning room keys, same worker from above, pointed to a box for us to drop them into that was in front of them and did not say a word they also didn’t bother to say a word when we exited with our suitcases, just looked at us. Was not very welcoming at all.
