"Best Western Pawleys delivered a great stay. We needed a safe, clean, affordable place for a couple nights when transitioning from one home into the another. I must remark that the shower was wonderful. Immediate hot water and refreshingly excellent shower head and water pressure. The building shows some wear and tear, but the kindness and attentiveness of the staff makes up for that. It definitely met our needs and expectations. "

Sliding door to outside pool area with loungechairs right by out door, or infront of a low wall looking right out at thecsandy beach and ocean, only steps beyond the pool and over a lityllook at the moon and hear the waves. Great find. We played 2 of the courses in Pawleys Island and would come back in a heartbeat to play moree bridge walkway over a dune. Super quiet and clean beach. "Vacasa is by far the WORST RUN COMPANY ON THE PLANET. We rented this house for a week. The washing machine was broken from day one (Saturday). We immediately reported this through their customer support line. We were given the run a round, ignored, brushed off, and even lied too. We had no way to wash any clothes. I texted them and called them more times than I can count. All my complaints fell on deaf ears. We had no clean towels to shower with the entire week. All our wet sandy beach clothes had to stay outside. We had to go to the local Walmart and purchase new clothes and bath towels just to get bye. Vacasa could have cared less. Every time I spoke to someone different, and every single time I was told another lie. I was given nothing but false promises. They didn’t seem to mind that I had to spend a day of my vacation doing laundry in a laundry mat in SC. They even went as far as having me trouble shoot the washing machine. I have never had such a terrible experience in my life. Nobody cares or even acts like they do. I will NEVER stay in another property managed by Vascasa. Complete and total incompetence!!! Beware"
