“The property is a good match for the cost, its no frills convenient access to campus is perfect for what I needed. However, it is under construction that seems to have been going on forever. I think it would be better to repurpose the pool area if it is never going to be brought up to standards. Also, I wish the back parking lot was better lit and the door actually locked. I never saw anyone actually posing a threat to security but these safety measures are there, they should be operational. ”

“This place is a misrepresentation. Dirty, Nasty, smokey. And the place had the nerve to not want to issue me a refund. Made me pay even though the accomodations were terrible. I did not stay and they charged my card for 3 rooms”

“Host is attentive to issues and is very communicative. As other reviews have mentioned the check in and out process is a little over the top. The AC is shut off after each renter so be prepared to arrive to 85 degrees and have to wait for the house to cool down once you turn on at check in if staying during hot weather.”
