“Very convenient friendly staff and a pool”

“The room,staff, and the facility as a whole wS great. Everyone super friendly and so helpful in sharing experiences in both Southport and Oak Island,NC. We only mention the mattress as it was not the most comfortable however not the worst we have experience. ”

“This property has a gorgeous view of the ocean close enough to hear the waves at night and a very easy access path to the beach— flat with no steps so if you have older people who are navigating a walker or you have alot if beach gear, this is the place for you! There was enough room that you didn’t feel like you were stepping on each other and the kitchen was very user friendly. Also great pantry for storing your supplies! Bathrooms were fine, although they say they are updated recently, I feel……

I would just recommend a little bit more baking pans and a pot to boil some things but other than that we really enjoyed ourselves! The people are really nice around here also! We will be back! “We loved how easy it was to see and get to the beach. It was cool while we were there so the hot tubs were a hit also. We were in town for a college softball tournament and this place was perfect for the week. There were only 2 of us, but there was definitely room for more.”

“Gate code not sent before check in. No cell signal at gate so it was very hard to get in. Condo was basic but clean. No hot tub at pool. Not enough bath towels. NO pool towels. NO hair dryer. ”

“There was no onsite representative. The codes seemed very cumbersome. I called the contact number regarding the need for an additional parking pass due to unforeseen injury resulting in an additional vehicle being used to transport my guest. The "free" lots were quite a distance from the resort. This all caused stressed. The bathroom sink was slow to drain, a rug in the LR was torn at the edge which could cause a fall. The stench from the work on the elevators was very very irritating. ……

“Property was clean and very nice and quiet. The only concern I had was they don’t want you to put the comforters in with the laundry with the sheets and towels and such when you leave. So I’m not sure when/if they get washed. ”

“I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a weekend get-away. We are repeat guests and are planning our next stay in the fall. The host has been very helpful with quick communication and even sent a checklist of things we may want to bring with us to make our stay more comfortable. Great location, walking distance to coffee, park, putt-putt, restaurants, ice cream, Beach and the pier!”

“Perfect location n Cherry Grove! Walk to grocery, ice cream & beach. Excellent ocean view & good size balcony. Always like Cherry Grove. Best part for 3rd story was elevator- hard to find, also covered parking! Will be back. Neat, clean, view & all great. Thanks : )”
