“The hotel is tidy and clean and price is affordable. However, my room has a smell of mold or smoke, which could not be removed by ventilation or air conditioning. I have a sensitive nose and I couldn’t get used to it even overnight. I wish the landlord can get rid of it so hotel will be great.”

“The staff was so so. Asked for a late check out, but the desk clerk quibbled over 1/2 hr. Then they’re banging on our door one hour before check out, it was off putting. The buffet breakfast was decent enough.”

My only disappointments where the lack of a small fridge in the room, the sink is very narrow and close to the wall so when you wash your face it’s hard not to get water on yourself and the floor, and the hot water in the shower took forever to actually get warm enough. The bed was very comfortable, but I wish the curtains went all the way to the floor so the room stayed dark in the morning. Hotel was generally quiet and the staff was very friendly. “Shower stall very slippery. One of the days didn’t clean room . I complained and was told they were busy with to many rooms to clean. They immediately delivered fresh towels and tolitery items. Not my problem they were busy. That episode upset us . We let it go.”

“Residence Inn Downtown Providence is located in a great part of town. So easy to walk around to many great places from there. The room is designed very nicely with full size fridge and microwave, it has an electric stove and dishwasher and nice sized sink. It’s so comfortable. I slept in the pull out and it was super cozy. Very accommodating for 2-4 people. Loved this room. And super clean. ”

“I like this hotel because the staff are very friendly. They serve you well. I can text to them to ask help especially when I not in the hotel. I like swimming pool and salon.”

“I liked the swimming pool, since there’s warm water and it has an indoor and outdoor pool, both are warm, the view is very nice and location is convenient. But in the hotel there’s no housekeeping to clean, you need to call and request for service.”
