“We loved this condo and the complex and area in Bucerias! The property manager Sally was fantastic and met us when we arrived and gave us a tour and specifics of what we needed to know for our stay. The condo was as advertised and perfect for my friend and I as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The condo was equipped with the majority of the basics you needed for the kitchen, pool or beach. Great view from the balcony, but one thing that would make it better would be more comfortable……

“Location was beautiful. The management and cleaning staff were fantastic! I loved how close it was to everything for convenience, but just far enough away to get some peace and quiet. On weekends there's a market that sets up right outside. Excellent experience of local culture, and the air conditioning was VERY appreciated! Will definitely be returning, and would suggest it many!”

The condo is clean and decorated in a rustic mexican style. Secure locking and alarm system. Rocio (staff) was on the grounds most days was very helpful. “We stayed in this condo for three months. This studio condo is quite small but well laid-out, with lots of baskets, shelves etc. to put all our stuff. We cooked a lot of our meals and the kitchen is well equipped - any other items we needed were readily supplied. The only drawback is a very small under the counter fridge with tiny freezer but we managed to work around that. We really loved the small heated pool, especially when the ocean was too rough for swimming. The rooftop deck was great……

“Quiet little bach town, many dining options, grocery store near by. Condo was supper cute, clean and had everything we needed. Parking in a private garage, only a few steps to the beach and beautiful relaxing view from the pool. Definitely would stay here again! ”

“The condo was very well decorated and stocked. The location was great with ocean front views and direct access to the beach with miles of sand to walk along. It was also a short many restaurants and bars.”

“The property is very nice, clean and safe. There was an issue with the AC and the host was on it and resolved the issues immediately. The only negative issue was that the host had to enter the condo twice looking for paperwork for the owner and I found that to be strange that it couldn’t wait until we checked out. The condo does come with its own pool if you prefer to swim in private. The staff was very polite and friendly. I would recommend this property or any property located within the Mina……

“This was a wonderful condo, right on the beach and with all the amenities. Our group of friends was very comfortable here for 6 nights. Ideal location, great pool and beach access, plenty of shops, restaurants and Uber drivers close by. Easy to pop into PV or go up the coast to San Pancho or Sayulita. We shopped and cooked a lot, but also availed ourselves of taco stands on the “upper east side” and great restaurants. As others have said, not for those who have mobility issues due to need to use……

“The property, to no fault of their own, was very noisy due to construction directly across the street which meant we could not enjoy the pool. The manager was not around a lot, I had a complaint about people in the pool after midnight, they were smoking and drinking until after 1am but the manager was not around to tell. I would stay there again, but I would google map the area to see where the construction was taking place.”
