“Sincere staff, nice neighbours and close to city hub”

“The breakfast was excellent and the staff members were very helpful. The building is a little tired, but the bed was comfortable. The one thing we couldn’t understand was the large gap around the bathroom door and overly clear glass. There was little to no privacy, and if one person got up to the bathroom at night, the whole room was lit up. I love my wife but not that much. ”

“Outstanding experience! No need to appraise the service and the nice looking hotel. One special thanks to restaurant, all staff are extremely helpful and kind. We love them. Since no need to say how wonderful it is (as everybody knows), I will share improvement note. One problem we were facing - the bathroom door can’t close fully. I reported in the morning but we were back to hotel around 4pm, still as per. They fix it after my second call. We felt their sincerity by receiving a handwritten……

“中午12放行李時說下午才能check in ，這很正常，晚上五點回去要check in 就說房間鎖壞掉，不能入住，差點以為要入住街頭，雖然有協助改訂新hotel，錢也付了，但是感覺很差，而且這個事情為什麼不在中午就告訴我...”

“選擇河景房，對面就是國會大廈，停車免費，不過窗戶有點高，賞景時需站著～”
