Unfortunately the place was not properly clean. Found bugs on the bed and old food inside the refrigerator which we trew away. The hotel staff was never available and there was no breakfast available. At least at 7:30 am before leaving for the day.

My first assigned room wasn't even clean yet. Still Vacant Dirty. My 2nd assigned room was clean, BUT the TV wouldn't turn on. My THIRD room was ok, except the TV signal was out half the time. And Although continental breakfast IS advertised---there WAS NONE!! This place is a Ghetto Ass RIPOFF!!!

Hello,
I am in need of serious consideration for a refund.
I did talk to someone yesterday via chat and they instructed me to reply my email I would receive after checkout time.
You could refer back to it as well.
This trip was awful. First my children and I chowed up Saturday at about 2:45 pm to check in. There were 3 others in front of me, the gentleman at the lobby desk didn’t get to me until 3:30pm. All of us guests checking in, none of our rooms were ready and not cleaned. One guy asked for sheets and towels to change himself. I finished my check in and was told to come back in an hour because house keeping was on lunch.
I came back at 4:30pm , room Ready. However, I reserved a room with 2 queen beds. I walked into a one double bed and pull out couch. The couch bed was disgusting and covered in dirt, no sheets or blankets or pillows in sight. We had 4 of us on the reservation and only two towels.
Multiple items in the room broken, the TV legs were broken and being held up by 6 bars of soap. The toilet paper holder was broke , the shower nozzle barely hanging on, no remote to the tv, the drawers to the tv console were broken. And zero trash cans in the entire room.
I went down later to the lobby to talk about the room and gain some towels and sheets . However there were multiple people in line still. My children and I made it through the night. And the next morning down to the lobby for the continental breakfast. The lobby was still locked up and closed at 7:20am. We

Save your money!! Couldn’t check in until 3 hours later from our original check in time. Severely understaffed, only saw two cleaning ladies for the whole buildings. Everything was being washed and our sheets were never washed. Disgusting stains on the sheets and the room smelled like they spilled a perfume bottle everywhere to make it smell decent. We were suppose to stay for three days and i couldn’t stay a day longer. The pool was ok, very small but definitely not going back!

Always try and stay here when working a s I dont have crazy needs but last time arrived at 7:30 pm room assignex already in use. Quickly assigned a new room but room not ready yet need 30 minutes.

You get a lot for your money here, yes it’s budget, but the rooms are incredibly well taken care of by a dedicated staff who are available any time of night and day and genuinely try to help. The owner should be proud of her people.
