“Fire alarm rang at midnight, no announcement and no explanation to guest on what is going on. I called to asked for wine opener n check on my tv setting. No response after I talked to reception even they said they will send ppl over. Housekeeping is unpredictable. They left pillow case on the chairs in my room unattended. Bath tub is dirty. ”

“I particularly searched for car park but they don’t have one, don’t get deceived by it’s name it’s not close to airport, there are flea on bed, makes us itchy overnight ,very unpleasant stay.
