“We booked this for a long weekend with the family to watch the eclipse and celebrate my nephew's birthday. The property was just as described; secluded, spacious, and quite charming. We had 6 adults, a 7 year old, and an 80 lb Rottweiler, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Lots of space for outdoor activities and even though you're literally 10 mins from civilization and a store, you feel like you're out in the middle of nowhere. “This was a perfect place for the bridesmaids, who live in various different locations, to meet up and hangout. The setting is beautiful and so relaxing. There was plenty of room and activities for everyone. We even prepped some of the food for my daughter's bridal shower at the house. The kitchen was well equipped and had lots of counter space. “We stayed at the Nettle Lake Lakehouse as our oldest son was graduating from high school. It was a beautiful and very clean property. There is a little store about a 5 minute walk from the house that has everything! The house was equipped with everything that we didnt. Our only suggestion would would be to put curtains in all of the bedrooms. There were blinds in the master bedroom but it got super bright in there in the am. One of the 3 bedrooms upstairs had curtains. Overall very beautiful……

“Our family came together from 3 states to celebrate our daughter as she graduated with her doctorate from Trine. The house was very spacious. The new deck was spectacular and perfect for the luncheon we had for family. The description said 4 full baths and showed a shower in all 4, but the main floor bathroom was actually only a half bath. Someone painted and left small paint puddles all over the kitchen tile and refrigerator. I scraped them off of the floor with a spatula. Someone sanded in the……

“This property was very clean and well stocked. It was close to Trine which was wonderful since we were there for our son’s graduation. Wish I had found it a few years ago. We would’ve stayed here instead of a hotel.”

“Smooth process checking in, got to our room super easy, kiddos insisted we go straight to the pool! We woke up at 5am that morning and had just gotten done with state championship for cheerleading at 3pm. still had another kid that had competition sunday, so this hotel was our choice. pool was great and the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect for any needs!!! Only part we weren't thrilled about is the air doesn't work well at all. We kept it on 60°, closed the curtains and swam then went……

“I’m VERY PICKY and I had read the reviews and I must say these bad reviews were faulty especially about the cleanliness and smell. This hotel is recently updated it gives a boutique style hotel vibe. Our room wa beyond my expectations especially for the price. only thing I would recommend is standard or queen size pillows. I stayed for one night because my son had a tournament would definitely stay again. ”
