“Nous avons passé une excellente semaine ! A la Mi Mai c'est parfait, il n'y a pas trop de monde et la piscine (et la mer!) est assez bonne pour se baigner L'appartement est parfait, tres propre, les lits sont confortables, et la vue est absolument magnifique ! Attention , l'eau courante n'est pas potable Cala d'or est le meilleur coin de l'île et de loin, les criques sont splendides et le quartier animé est a 5min a pied de l'appartement Je recommande a 1000% !”

“Wohnung war im Großen und Ganzen genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es war sauber und frisch geputzt, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren da und ansonsten gab es wirklich nichts zu meckern. Auf den Schlüssel mussten wir etwas warten, aber nichts, was man nicht mit einem Bier überbrücken konnte ;) Die Lage ist bombastisch gut, gerade wenn man wie ohne Auto da ist und zu Fuß einkauft und zum Strand geht. Der Strand ist tatsächlich nur 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt, und es gibt direkt unten auf der Straße……

“He ido a conocer un poquito La sierra de Tramuntana y muy bien. Llegar a son Flo y descansaren esa finca perfecto. Pena (que en abril es difícil ) que las piscinas no estén en marcha.”

“Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Aufzug vorhanden und alles fussläufig erreichbar. Highlight ist sicher der Meerblick mit Sonnenaufgang.”

Additionally, there is a lot to do in the surrounding area and a beautiful beach nearby. I highly recommend this apartment.”

“Schönes kleines Apartment mit schönem renoviertem Bad und sonst einfacher Ausstattung. Der Strand und Lokale in der Umgebung sind wirklich super. Insbesondere das Organic Restaurant im selben Haus hat genial gutes Essen. Die Lautstärke der Lokale war jetzt in der Vorsaison für uns ganz OK. Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass in der Hauptsaison und wenn mehr Gruppen zum Feiern hier sind, man nicht zu Lärmempfindlich sein sollte. Trotzdem ist die Unterkunft unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen.”

“Wir haben traumhafte 10 Tage auf Mallorca als Familie in der Wohnung verbracht. Vom ersten Kontakt, über Begrüßung bis hin zur Abreise lief alles reibungslos und sehr gut. Die Wohnung hat eine persönliche Note, es ist nahezu alles vorhanden, sogar Spielzeug/Bücher für unsere beiden Jungs. Das hat uns u.a. besonders gut gefallen. Die Anlage selbst wirkt sehr gepflegt und der große Pool war das I-Tüpfelchen. Fußläufig, etwa 900 m befindet sich der Strand Cala Anguila, der sehr empfehlenswert ist.……

“The property is a bit shabby, This could be easily rectified with a tidy up and a lick of white paint. There were a number of faults, coffee pot not working, tv not working, oven not working and no shower curtain. But once reported all (but the cooker) were repaired and replaced within 20 mins. There is no useful information in the accomodation that would have helped us to find our way around, however the position of it is fantastic. Over looking the sea. The terrace is great and as the weather……

“Au vu des avis sur Booking nous appréhendions notre séjours qui au final sa a été une belle surprise , l’établissement est proche de tout et accessible facilement , le personnel est au petit soin pour vous Enderic à l’accueil fait tout son possible pour répondre au moindres questions et demandes pour l’appartement , de notre côté l’appartement était Correct certes rustique avec peux être un peux d’appareil qui manque mais il était propre et fonctionnel l’insonorisation n’est pas au top mais……
