"The apartment is nicer than the photos ! Balcony has great view of pine forest/local area Beautiful beaches very close, nearest 10 mins walk down a hill, we enjoyed walking back up it, 15 mins. Host was great ! Best to have a car. If you need a local taxi, call one, there's one taxi service for the whole island We enjoyed the stay very much !! Recommend this apartment."

"This villa is absolutely ideal for any group! Amazing views, wonderful communal areas, great pool, clean bedrooms. Our hosts were very helpful and communicative throughout. The villa has everything you need to make meals in aswell, although maybe an extra drinks fridge would be good. We were 9 rather than 12 and if we’d eaten in more, we would have really struggled with fridge space. The locations is mostly a massive positive as Cala Vadella Beach is so close and is absolutely beautiful.. crystal clear waters and a good array of restaurants in proximity.. The only small negative about the location Was that the villa doesn’t have a house number and the road is a little confusing so we did struggle with taxis. Not sure that can be helped. I would return in a flash, we loved our stay!"

"We had a great week in a lovely location. The apartment is well stocked and has a great view from the balcony.There are a number of bars and restaurants to choose from and a little shop below the complex with freshly baked bread and food essentials. The beach is right beside the apartment and there are lots of others to choose from if you have a car. We hired a car so saw a lot of the island and Ibiza town was 30 minutes away."

"This is a lovely villa with everything you would expect — very good air con throughout, lovely pool and garden, nice terrace, well appointed kitchen and facilities. The bedrooms are good, although the beds are a little small (in width) for adults if separated to be used as twins, but fine for kids. As doubles they would be fine, I think. We went in August 2023 and found the surrounding villas were pretty lively until after midnight, but that added to the holiday atmosphere. I have given the location 2 stars because this proved the major headache of the holiday — Cala Valdella has one small shop right by the beach which is very inaccessible by car, and walking up the very steep hill with water etc is not practical on a daily basis. All of its restaurants are fine, and the beach is OK, but there's nothing else to do or even a good walk to be found easily on foot. Because of this, we were very reliant on our hire car, and the larger super markets in St Josep, facing some challenging driving and parking situations every day. We ate in the same restaurant at the beach 3 times in 7 nights, because we didn't want to drive around in the evening as well as in the day. We walked the steep hill (about 10 minutes) every day at least once, but this put us off going out on foot as much as we usually have on holiday. So, I can't fault the villa if you're happy staying at home by the pool, but if you are hoping for shops, bars and things to do on your doorstep, this may not be for you."

"Compact apartment perfect for two people and terrific location for beach, restaurants and supermarket. A couple of issues - the hot water wasn’t switched on and the oven didn’t work. Hot water issue solved as Guy - the very charming host - visited and sorted. Overall we enjoyed our stay - the beach is beautiful and the bay perfect for swimming."

"The host would not engage in any communication on this platform or via his listed mobile number. He then cancelled the booking on arriving, without giving a reason. Our whole group had to find other accomodation on arrival, within a couple of hours. I booked the villa well in advance, in February for a stay end of June."
