Staff helpful. Nice that hotel is connected to casino and theatre without having to go outside. Room looked worn and had a locked utility that was noisy. Good security.

The Grey Eagle is easily my go-to in Calgary! Always excellent customer service and treated with kindness and respect from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the casino staff. Rooms are always super clean, Towels and pillows are fluffy.

No continental breakfast and the nights we were there there was kidds running around on our floor and yelling.
Hot tub wasnt very hot
Pillows were to big and hard but there was a nice gentleman that works there that found us some smaller pillows.
For the price we payed and what you get i dont think we will stay again.

Room was tidy and lobby was nice.
Tried 2 of the restaurants and both were a 5/10 for food and service

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was extremely friendly and the room was clean with ample space. There could be a bit better sound proofing between the rooms but overall our stay was very good and I would stay here again.

Everything was fine except the pillows were a bit two hard for my partner, no big deal but a bit uncomfortable for a smaller person.
