“The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom……

“Everything about Carriage House is magnificent!!! The staff are head and shoulders above all other hotels. The rooms are spotless. The only down side is the parking. It is a small lot when the hotel is hosting 3 wedding receptions in one night.”

“Nous étions très bien installés pour le prix. De légers inconvénients comme pas de pôle à serviettes ni crochet dans la salle de bain, pas de débarbouillette non plus. Mais on peut faire avec. Les tapis dans les couloirs et ascenseurs ont besoin d'un bon coup d'aspirateur mais la chambre était en bon état. ”
