We originally intended to cross-country ski the area, but with no snow and unseasonably warm weather, we involved Plan B with family and simply hung out together. “Beautiful home. We had 8 adults and 3 kids. Nice home to gather but if unable to do steps probably not for you as the kitchen is on second floor. We were there in the winter and enjoyed our stay, Easy check in and communication great with host. If going in summer not a place with kids as have to cross a highway to get to water and no beach area. As far as adults and a place to get together a great place.”

“We had a girls weekend and had the most wonderful time. The vibes and décor were so fun. Everything we needed was there, including table and chairs on the deck to enjoy the nice weather. Walking distance down to the bars on the lake was so convenient and nice. I went for morning runs down by the water also as there are great walking paths to do so. Highly recommend. The host is the best.. quick to respond and a great person to top it off. We cannot wait to go back again next year!”

“Beautiful home, very clean, incredible and secure internet (I easily dialed into my work server located in Minneapolis), easy check in are only a few words to describe this VRBO. I have stayed in other VRBO's with family for vacations, but this was not a vacation for me. “We had such a great weekend. This place was perfect! We had a friend's weekend. Plenty of sleeping space, great large table and sitting areas. It was very clean. We loved that it had 3 full bathrooms for all of us. Plenty of parking space as well. The host was awesome and responded quickly to a few questions. Would definitely recommend it! “Love this Island getaway. We rented our own pontoon from R&R rentals. Paddle boards and kayaks are provided from renters. Comfy beds, pantry full of essentials and spices. You really just need to bring food, beverages and clothes. Internet was good and I was able to work half days. Loved sauna and fire pit. Wonderful memories nade with our kids and grandchildren. Fishing was great! We will be back.”

“We had a wonderful weekend at the lake. We were welcomed right from the start with a gift basket of goodies. The couch and throw blankets are perfect for curling up and watching movies. The cabinets were stocked with necessities in both the kitchen and bathroom- seasonings, coffee, first aid, sunscreen, laundry detergent, shampoo, and even some toothpaste in case you forgot. The kayaks and water toys were well clean and well maintained. And the beds…best beds, pillows and linens we have come……
