“Amazing communication with Sarah and the property was clean. We only stayed one night for a wedding, but would have loved to stay longer to try the farm fresh eggs that Sarah generously left for us. Great place to stay in an area with limited accommodation options.”

“Super stylish and clean home with a great hot tub. Communication with the hosts was easy and clear, and they offered lots of local recs which were appreciated. I definitely recommend staying here with one small caveat: the property is on a small lot without much tree cover, so it felt less private when neighbors were out and about. “The house was cute with all the decorations pertaining to Woodstock and the 60’s. Very well maintained home. It was extremely convenient to Bethel Woods for a visit to the museum and to the concert we were attending.”

“We had a great time staying here with a group of friends. The house is new construction and the A-frame adds some interesting architectural features. Appliances are new and everything is clean. Really had no complaints. Wi-Fi is a bit spotty and the road to the house is not paved but was fine on the car, just need to drive slowly. Bring all groceries with you on the way in as there Arent any major stores nearby which is sort of the point! Close to swinging bridge reservoir for boat rentals and……

“Was very clean, host was responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the gas and someone came to fix it within 2 hours. It snowed during our stay and the snow was plowed by someone twice. Could only find 2 bathrooms. Not a problem for our group, just informing. Overall, amazing stay and would recommend”

“Tidy, cozy cottage. Hot tub a big plus, as is the firepit and shaded outdoor picnic table for outdoor meals. Even a cold mid-Spring stay was made lovely by the flowering trees. Near a road with infrequent but fast-moving cars, however cottage is set back from the road and is quiet. Proximity to Livingston Manor is great for good food and more.”

“This house was perfect for family weekend getaway. Was secluded and right on the brrok that feeds the lake.”

“The room was very small. No room for a chair. There was a queen size bed and a bench. The room had a very small bathroom. However, the bathroom hard what was needed. The grounds and pool were lovely. ”

“From the greeting at the Concierge Desk when i checked in.... it wemt all UPHILL!!! Seriously, everyone at the Resort Casino Hotel were so lovely and accomodating. Reservations for dinner, parking was open and easy and breakfast before leaving was so relaxing. It was an experience i would definitely want to REPEAT because of the staff. The people working there MAKE THIS PLACE GREAT”
