“Straightforward check in. Room was ready before check in time. Establishment was clean and quiet. Although glasses and plates were loaded onto the dishwasher, it appears that the used kitchen wares have not been cleaned. ”

The staff was very nice and courteous, the breakfast was sooooo darn good at burger theory, and the front desk attendant Yaritza was absolutely amazing, sweet, and very welcoming. I will always come back here whew my suite was beautiful and came equipped with everything. I didn’t have to call and ask for nothing. The pool and jacuzzi was highly clean. This place is immaculate”

“It was nice. The rooms seem a little dated but still ok. The waterpark was a lot smaller then i thought based on the pictures but nice. My kids honestly just preferred to go to the regular pool. Over all it was ok but in all honesty i think it was just a one time thing for us. ”
