Terrible check in experience. Been told the system is down, wait outside with luggage for a hour and have to leave eventually because they “are working on it and don’t know how long it’s going to take”.

Nice and clean hotel. Rooms are very small, so you might hear a loud neighbor.

Stayed here for a concert at the Empower Field Amphitheater. 13 min drive. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great morning complimentary breaky. Id stay again.

The room was very minimalistic and clean. Loved the wood floors. Bathroom was spacious. The beds were very comfortable.

The staff was pleasant. The hotel houses homeless and there was a family in room above us that sounded like they were having an aerobics class and building furniture until 3am.

I booked 3 rooms for my family for a 1night stay and was double charged by the hotel and Expedia. You would think this would be a simple fix but I am still trying to get this resolved.
