The Main pool was wonderful. A lobby bar is desperately needed for more interaction. The food at Flavors was wonderful for a buffet, especially at lunch. The beach needs improvement. Many people come to Cancun for the beach and online comments about the beach were very negative but correct. also, where is the Sports Bar?

The staff were outstanding! The best part of the stay is that we got to meet Luis, shark boy Pepe, Maria, petro, degnar, the dj, santos, life guard King Arthur and last but not least Sahel. They made me and my husbands stay 100x better!
