提契诺州的公寓

“Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes……

“Need to check all aspects of the package are met Wifi not working after a trip to the office sorted by a dongle No tv working, not worried as we were ou and about but a family in wet weather would. The tv satellite box was in a box with no attempt to get it wired up”

“If you are in Lugano for the scenery this is an exceptional place to stay. View wise it has a great panoramic view of the lake where you can see central Lugano but also the surrounding towns. It has good public transportation access but is also completely walkable if you aren’t in a rush. The quarters themselves are pretty basic, the sofa was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. We don’t typically spend a lot of time indoors while traveling so it was ample for our needs.……

“This room was great! It was very spacious and had all the amenities, including a full kitchen and even a washing machine. The room was very clean and instructions for check in and check out were very thorough. The staff is very quick to respond. The tub did have a leak after I tooka shower, but other than that, everything was great! The only thing that was tricky for checking in was trying to find the correct building/mailbox, but other than that, this was a great place to stay at! The host even……

“Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, in der Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt: vom Topf bis zum Streichholz für die vorhandene Kerze. Die Aussicht war ebenfalls wunderschön und der Pool ist bei solch hohen Temperaturen, wie wir sie hatten, perfekt zum Abkühlen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, um das gesamte Locarner Umland kennenzulernen. Wir haben viele Ausflüge in die angrenzenden Täler und Städte unternommen und sind viel gewandert. Natur und Landschaft sind wunderschön und……

“Sehr schöne Wohnung mit großer Terrasse. Durch die günstige Lage, sind diverse Aktivitäten möglich. Auch den Pool haben wir oft genutzt.”

“Location outstanding. Very clean. Bedding not as described, 2 pull out couches not actual bed. Comfortable enough for a few night but no third bed as listed. Entrance to building was literally in the street so yup had to run across 2 lanes of traffic to enter the building one at a time. We were fine to do it but anyone that may not to quick on their feet may be scared. The view was amazing. Kitchen pretty stacked with cups, utensils, plates and such. Biggest disappointment was the washer and……
