“We had a wonderful vacation. The hotel amenities are excellent. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. ”

“The property is beautiful, and the staff was super friendly, and accommodating. We definitely enjoyed our sta, the luxurious rooms and food. However during our stay the place did not have a lot of guests. I am not sure if this is a good thing for some guests, but I wished it was a bit more lively.”

“Staff at RIU is amazing, they provide excellent service. Location is great with beautiful beach 🏝️. Property is well maintained. Food is great. Spa and wellness, very good. The only thing where I would like to see some improvements are rooms that can use some updates, bed mattresses are slightly too firm for my preference. Overall I would recommend this property to my friends and family.”

“Pros: The private pool and bar were exceptional. Beautiful, clean, friendly. The staff are all wonderful and helpful. Reception was excellent. Great drinks!! Everyone was sooooo nice and friendly. Cons: The beach is covered in seaweed, as is the water. So much so that we could not enter the ocean. The view is lovely, but it is not a “beach vacation.” The other not great issue is the food. Just not very good. ”

“I enjoyed my 3 nights at this property. The pool view was absolutely amazing even though there is not an ocean view. I paid extra for breakfast and it was wonderful. Unfortunately, there were a few things that I did not like, such as the WiFi only working in the lobby. The balcony sliding door not being able to close or lock. They did not provide wash cloths. Other than that, it is an awesome hotel.”
