“Two night stay for day hikes and the coast. We booked a king room with kitchen so we could prepare and eat breakfasts in the room. Nice decor, spacious, and a full kitchen with a leather couch. Even had washer dryer. But wait: NO TABLE AND CHAIRS! So four stars instead of 5. Seems reasonable to expect a simple table and two chairs for eating when we booked a room with kitchen. Staff said room not advertised as having a table and chairs (?!). Also said someone broke the table and/or chair(s). ……

“Great house with lots of room and options for sleeping. This is my first VRBO and it was not a problem. Good communication through email, and good instructions in a notebook near the front door. We had a good stay walking to the beach and going body boarding. Our dog was happy and it was convenient to let her go potty out in the woods behind the place. We picked up after her of course.”
