“这是我住过这么多酒店里最好的精品酒店，没有之一，老板和员工都当我们是家人，真的很暖心很贴心。 本来定了三个人的房间，网上付完钱，然后入住前一天我朋友说不来了，我又想多住一天，老板和他母亲二话不说，把我多付的第三个人钱放到多一天的房费里，让我省了不少 我本来已经退完房了，回去拿行李等车时给我们喝下午茶，搬行李上车，很窝心告诉我们怎么走怎么去。 真的是用心在经营。 下次来南非开普敦，只会住着一家。唯一缺点是地点比较不好找，有uber就很方便了。”

“Everyone was so helpful and provided the ultimate service! I will definitely stay here again and am sending my friends! Their breakfasts were also outstanding! Very well situated for a first time visitor, the hop on/off bus was only a five minutes walk! There is also a huge security presence all over so I felt very safe everywhere. ”

“The shower was not working upon arrival. The next day, the shower worked, but it was leaking heavily. Also, I dropped a vitamin on the floor. When I went to pick it up, I looked under the bed. The floor under the bed was filthy. ”

“This place is a favorite of ours, and we keep on returning. You are well taken care of by the staff and owners, the grounds are very beautiful and the it is a quiet oasis. It is easy to get an uber to explore some of the stunning restaurants and vineyards close by. If you want to stay at the hotel all day, they offer great food as well upon requsest”

“Lovely guest house convenient to all facilities. Great staff and owners who went out of their way to help you. Clean tidy and a nice garden to relax in. Would definitely return if in capetown again. ”

“The Spier is a lovely vineyard with good accommodation. They are now starting a complete renovation of the hotel and keeping all their staff on as part of the plan . I have always felt completely safe and cared for within the hotel grounds . A wonderful breakfast in the sunshine is the perfect way to start the day . There are many things to do swimming , cycling , walking , visit the hotel vegetable garden and see the birds enroute . I look forward to visiting Spier next year after its……

“Property was more than I expected! Fantastic three bedroom apartment, clean and spacious! Hotel staff were super friendly and close by to the waterfront. Only drawback is that they could have had more variety for breakfast but would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Cape Town. Entirely family loved the hotel ”

“The location is good as it is directly linked to the mall. The overall service is average in all areas except the restaurant! You will get angry at the early morning during queuing up for the breakfast buffet. The receptionists (one tall & thin and the other is a bit fat) of the restaurant are always in very bad temper and not polite. We have stayed here for 6 days and observed that they have made all different countries guests get angry before settling down the table. I think they are not……
