“The listing led us to believe that this was a secluded cabin, when it was really next to their other available cabin. There wasn't anything noted on the rental info that identified between the two cabins. We ended up walking around to the doors of the wrong cabin. There were very few towels available considering ones necessary for the hot tub. Other than that, and the eclectic dish and cup selection, it was quite peaceful and it did feel very private even with people in the neighboring cabin.……

“The cabin was adorable. The grounds around the pond and the cabin were all neatly mowed. Pond gave us extra excitement for our short trip as we fished. Really enjoyed our stay in this great little cabin. It didn’t bother us as we read all the amenities, but there is no stove. Just know this. There is a microwave though. Also the DIRECTV has about every station you can possibly think of to watch.Including Pay stations. This is a 9 out of 10. Super relaxing!”

“I very much enjoyed staying at this cabin. It was clean, comfortable & close to the Shawnee National Forest & the Wine Trail. The bed & furniture were comfortable. The kitchenette allowed me to have all meals in, as it has a half-refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffeemaker, plates, glasses & mugs. The bathroom towels were luxurious & there was ample soap, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. The heat & air-conditioning were easy to use. “In Marion for a family wedding. Perfect place for all of us (adult children and teenage grandchildren and pre-teen great grandchildren). Dramatic great room overlooking 5th tee. Got to review the golfers as an added benefit. Looks like a good spot for a getaway golf weekend.”

“The best part was definitely breakfast, it was a good place to stay any problems got fixed as soon as possible and everyone was very polite. Problems we had were getting locked out of our room for about 45 mins in the middle of the night, and the TV remote only works when your right next to the TV, does not work from the couch or from the bed. Overall besides those few things I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. ”
