“Very clean. Staff were wonderful, very helpful and welcoming. The bed was new and very comfortable. We were in the charming Historic part of the building and had a skylight in the bathroom and partial view of the bay- lovely! Yes the street noise is loud - they are on the Main Street! The location is extremely convenient and street noise didn’t bother us - I wore ear plugs and my husband is a deep sleeper. Valet parking was convenient and easy. Coffee and fruit were a fine start in morning;……

“We only stayed here one night as we were making stops down the coast of California but we would’ve stayed for a week if possible with how amazing this hotel was! The staff were very friendly, helpful and improved the overall experience. The property is beautiful and set one street over from the Carmel Beach which makes for easy beach access! The room was very clean/modern and is definitely a luxury experience! We highly recommend staying if you are a couple in search for a hotel in Carmel!”

“Worst sleep condition eliminated my good impression of facilities. Parking fee is expensive and the environment is noisy that I even heard some drunk people yelling and quarreling at midnight for 4 times!”

“Loved the location of the hotel. The beach was less than 8 minutes away (walking). It as was also only a 10 minute drive over to the aquarium. Great location and the breakfast was pretty good as well! No complaints here.”
