“My boyfriend and I brought our two dogs to stay for the week before memorial day. The place was very clean. As the pictures show, it is on the small side, but the big backyard really makes up for it. We spent most of our time sitting outside at the patio table. Since it was just the two of us, we used the small room with the bed as storage for out luggage/beach equipment. There is another rental upstairs. We only overlapped with those guests for one night, but keep in mind that you could have……

“My fiancé and I recently came to town for a doctors appointment and were searching for a dog-friendly spot to crash with our two pups. The Sandcastle did not disappoint. Located in walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and the beach, we really enjoyed our two night stay here. The outdoor patio area is really nice for sitting out in the sun for both humans and canine visitors. Our pups loved it. We stayed in the downstairs unit which is small but quaint and cozy with just enough room……

“Older property. It was clean. TV signal was weak and would not work part of the time. Close to beach and the boardwalk was a short walk from apartment. Cost was reasonable.”

“A TV and AC in everyroom and plenty of storage if you are into unpacking. Rooms where spacious and I was really superised how nice it was. I could live there and be a happy beach bum. One minute from the beach, fifteen (walking time for both) from the boardwalk which has some of the best donuts I have ever had, (cash only) Britts. Also the pizza, Frentoni's great NY style which we ate a few times during our stay. They have a by the slice window for when we were just walking around and playing at……

“It was a wonderful place, however carolina beach definitely over sells what they have to offer. I also felt very offended by the host of property. She texted me and basically accused us of leaving condo in an unsatisfactory condition, in whi h we left a day early because of a family emergency, and i did accident leave a pan in stove and microwave. But not one of us had gummy bears, moved any furniture. But she messaged me saying her house keeper cleaned unit for 7 hours which had to be a lie……

“Soap went flying across the bathroom. Very irritating. Only a partial roll of toilet paper that lasted one evening. The air conditioners both leaked all over the floors. It’s very bright. Bring your eye covering for sleep. Excellent location. Very clean. Beach access and restaurants very convenient.”
