“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I……

“This is a great location if you are wanting something easy and quick to the beach. It Is in an older area that seemed OK to walk in at night but not alone Restaurants around it had super weird hours so don’t expect too many lunch options but dinner was easier Puerto Rico isn’t known for its hot showers. This one was decent but definitely not hot like I like them Communication was EXCELLENT with the owner”

“Dianne & Cordell are a absolutely lovely and did everything to make my stay comfortable, easy, and enjoyable. My room was huge and beautiful, and the view from my patio was magnificent. The pool was perfect. Loved the hot water outdoor shower. The Hacienda is the perfect place to get away from it all and relax in a beautiful setting. Truly a unique experience.”

“We enjoyed our time at Mare and had a very good experience. The one issue is that what you see in the pictures is not necessarily what you will get and the rooms vary greatly. Some had a refrigerator, others didn't; some had shelves and spacious bathrooms; our room had only a clothes rack with 5 hangers and you could only fit one person in the bathroom at a time. Only one room had a luggage rack so most of us lived out of our suitcase on the floor. The pool picture is not of the pool at Mare,……

“Nice location. About a 10 min drive from the airport. Less than a 5 min walk to the beach. Lots of eateries and stores within walking distance. I never felt unsafe walking the neighborhood. Rental was nice, clean & affordable. The only drawback was the neighbor’s dog barks sometimes. It’s not a constant thing but if people are highly sensitive, they might be bothered. Some of the locals drive crazy, but thats to be expected. Hardly anybody uses turn signals and some even take red lights. Use……

“This stay is an amazing experience. We would definitely book again. Super accommodating and responsive host. Rosa is very friendly! Only steps away from the beach and restaurants/bars. There’s a supermarket on the corner to get groceries from as well. There’s a café in the lower level of the hotel that we got to enjoy, as well as super friendly and attentive staff in the building. Ubers were extremely affordable but cars are definitely not required for this stay. We had a wonderful time staying……

“We didn't spend too much time in the room. Proximity to the beach was great. Bathroom, kinda rough. Very low water pressure and no hot water in the shower. The host came over to try and fix it but couldn't. A known faulty breaker hadn't been fixed so no hot water to the shower. I washed my hair in the kitchen sink.”
