It is located super conveniently to three different train lines and a whole host of bars, bodegas, and restaurants which for a 9-day stay, was a great perk. I also appreciated having access to a full kitchen with supplies to save a little from eating out constantly. Les’s than two blocks from Grand Central (we actually found an elevator on east 44th street that goes down to a location between LIRR and MetroNorth), two blocks from Times Square, four blocks from Rockefeller Center, and a short walk to Saint Patrick’s, Empire State Building, Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. A nice healthy walk to Central Park and its infamous zoo and museums. Being so close to Grand Central lets you easily get to Battery Park and……

“Appart spacieux que nous louions dans la maison. C'est une maison partagée avec plusieurs colocataires. La situation de l'appart est éloigné de New-York nécessité de prendre un bus pour se déplacer et rejoindre NY par contre proximité des ferries . Bergen est très calme c'est un peu la campagne c'est le New Jersey. Valentine est très disponible et prêt à rendre service.”

“This was a very nice space for my 22 year daughter and I to get in some broadway shows! Separate rooms to sleep in with separate TVs, clean! Nice fridge and microwave for us too. Felt very safe and yet close to times square. I would only suggest to get heavier shower curtain or different shower nozzle as the curtain would blow right on you while you tried to soap up. Nearly impossible to shower without someone else holding the curtain away from the outside. Otherwise I highly recommend this……

“This place worked out well with our 2 grandchildren as well as our dog. The off street parking was probably its best asset. The bathroom was newly renovated, however it was advertised as 1.5 baths but there was only 1 bath. We were also told it had a whirlpool tub but it was just a large shower.”

“The listing said there were 2 king beds and there was only one. The faces of the cabinets were falling off and one of the kitchen drawers was also busted. Cobwebs throughout the property. Holes in walls covered up by curtains. Electrical outlets that didn’t work. Broken toilet seat. Furniture and linens VERY different than shown. Basement does not look like what is shown. 2 bedrooms in basement (not shown) with no heat, and very dungeon looking. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The listing……

“The hosts were in contact with me before our trip during our trip and on check out welcoming us and giving us some tips of what to visit. They went above and beyond. The house was so clean and amazing if we come back I will definitely be staying here. They also provided many ways to get to NYC which helped us out a lot”
