“已經3星期內第二次入住此酒店,因為第一次感覺理想所以再預訂此酒店．登記入住方便快捷！晚上洗才发現乾衣机壞的不能使用,只可把濕衣服帶到地庫公共乾衣机乾衣.早上前台說后當日更換另一台乾衣机．此處理非常好．但固定之花灑頭頂之接口开水后噴水至四周,大门不能自動关上要用力才能关上,．風筒外壳手柄膠有黏手感覺．”

“1) We have several occasions to book hotel rooms through the hotel.com web page. We have the experience that the quality of hotel rooms are lower if we book rooms through hotel.com. For example, the hotel room booked through hotel.com are normally (i) in lower floor level; (ii) the room normally facing street / car park, which is more noisy; (iii) locality of room is remote from the lift, which we have to walk a long distance to the room. This is the first time that gave us such impression……

“Hands down amazing, from the first greeting at the front desk to check out, this place was amazing and what lovely staff. Hats off to Anais at the front desk for making my stay the best in all of Australia! Rooms were super clean, fresh and had anything you’d ever need. Kitchen, laundry machine and dryer all there. Bed was comfy as, with plenty of pillows to choose from. Home away from home! Next door is a shopping mall with restaurants and a soccer field, just a stone throw away from the……
