“Everyone and everything was perfect besides one staff member lady at the front desk. This being my favorite location have stayed here many times, she made the location feel less likable. Tried calling front desk for room booking information and she hung up and me and when I tried calling back she declined my calls several times”

“First time staying at this hotel and had the front ocean view on the third floor with our own private balcony. The room was good size and clean. They have a shared balcony space in the soxth floor and the views are incredible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. ”
