“Came for 3 days to visit Cornell with my daughter and this home was perfect. Small, yet not lacking anything, rustic but lacking none of the modern tech. The backyard waterful, fire pit and views are worth the stay alone. Would definitely stay again.”

“This property is in a perfect location. The house was clean and had all the stuff you could need to enjoy your stay. Silverware, cups, plates towels, blankets, bedding ect. Just beware the low ceilings down stairs, they got my husband a few times. The lake and docks are stunning. The hot tub was very clean. All around a great stay.”

“Very cute place rental and convenient to Cornell. Price was very reasonable. We would recommend this place to others and definitely stay here again. Some extra amenities would be a very nice addition such as having some extra TP, hand/ dish soap (shower soap was empty), paper towels, napkins, etc. There was coffee which was awesome-- we had brought our own so we were all set. The sheets on the bed slid off at night- better sheets would make for a nicer experience as well. Overall, it was……

“This trip was planned as a girls getaway to surprise our daughter (who has three sons) coming up from Florida for a long weekend. We had such a fun time we decided to make it a yearly tradition. The house held all 8 of us comfortably, in a beautiful setting right on Seneca Lake, offering a beautiful display of Gods creation from either of the two decks. LOTS of laughter & love!”

“We really enjoyed staying in this little home. It is within walking distance of downtown Watkins Glen so it is very easy to walk to if you choose to do so. The inside was very clean and well kept. We liked the close proximity to various winerys and restaurants. It made it very easy to stop back and drop off our goodies we collected throughout the days we were there.”

The Guesthouseat the Woodlands appealed to us because of it's proximity to nice places to hike. The Guesthouse was perfect for the 4 of us. “We had such a great stay here for a week. Being right on the lake brought the four of us the peace and quiet we were all hoping for. Two of us could get cell service and two of us couldn't. My husband and I never missed our phones once. It was just so nice to be steps away from the water. There were kayaks for us to use, paddle boat and a row boat. We used all of them. And that great country fresh air led to some great naps and sleeping. We only ventured out a few days. Lot's of things to do in……

“Our family thoroughly enjoyed a few nights on the banks of Cayuga Lake, while being very close to Ithaca and surrounding natural areas of interest. We loved the warm wood floors and overall timeless character of the home. Great views of the lake including awesome master bedroom views as well. The outdoor stairs and decking all appeared recently updated and provided good access to the dock and water. We had pretty decent weather to fish a bit off the dock with the kids, but it was too chilly to……
