“The pool and view of the roof top, the location, and the rooms were amazing! However the service is horrible. The rooftop bar has a selection of over priced, mediocre food and they charge for any add ons like ice, cups and water. They claim that the rooftop bar is independent from the rest of the hotel. We had problems with towel service, we would ask the front desk for fresh beach and shower towels and after hours and going back multiple times we wouldn’t get them. So if you dont plan on using……

“The room was clean and most things were fine (hot water not consistent and wrong wifi password given in the room though) and Ana was nice, but overall our check-in was difficult. The neighborhood seemed unsafe to arrive to at night and no one was there to let us in when we arrived (we only got in thanks to another traveler). Apparently Ana was supposed to come meet us at the time of our arrival, but we were never asked beforehand for that information and didn't know there would be no reception.……

“The owner is very nice and friendly. The place is very quiet, clean and safe. We had what we needed during the two days.”

“Property was very nice but maintenance seems to be slipping a little. Lazy river under bridge areas has knocked out holes in tiles. Buildings near lobby across from coffee shop has huge dirty windows with finger writing on them. Dinner menu has shrunk in selection and proportion. Food is still delicious. Some favorite drinks are no longer part of happy hour. Over all our stay was fabulous despite these things but us repeat visitors do notice. The pools are not being heated as well as previously.……
