“Loved the resort, the staff, and the vibe. The only reason I might think twice before I book my next trip there is the restaurants on the resort. Although, the food was very good, the prices are outrageous. Everything is very overpriced. I paid $125 USD for a small piece of steak! And a $100 USD for one fish. ”

“This place is great if you are wanting to relax and unplug from the world in a calming atmosphere. The staff is very accommodating to all needs and the food/drinks are amazing! Samuel was a delightful concierge and made sure we were well taken care of and that all was arranged for our airport transfer. Do take note this place is a good ways from downtown. To visit the hotel district/main beach road of Tulum would require a taxi when leaving the park which can be rather expensive. They do have……

“Property was very nice but maintenance seems to be slipping a little. Lazy river under bridge areas has knocked out holes in tiles. Buildings near lobby across from coffee shop has huge dirty windows with finger writing on them. Dinner menu has shrunk in selection and proportion. Food is still delicious. Some favorite drinks are no longer part of happy hour. Over all our stay was fabulous despite these things but us repeat visitors do notice. The pools are not being heated as well as previously.……
