“This place was a DREAM!!! We had the best time here on my bachelorette. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Communication was great, and Eliaz helped us arrange golf cart rentals and groceries to be ready once we arrived. We are a close group of friends, so the open rooms for sleeping worked well for us, but other than the tree house room and separate guest house the rooms are open if that influences anyone’s selection. We had no issues with hot water and the AC worked well the throughout……

“40th birthday party for my boyfriend with all of our closest friends. The home was absolutely beautiful, very open and spacious for everyone. The indoor outdoor living was perfect for us. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. We loved that we could easily walk to the marina at night or catch a quick cab to downtown if needed. Would absolutely stay there again!!”

“We had such a wonderful time on this trip! The house was amazing and the pics online don't do it justice. You have a beautiful sunrise every morning on your back patio. It's a 15 min walk to downtown and 15 min walk to the private Pedregal beach. Would love to come back!”

“The casa was perfect and simple for our girls trip! The location couldn't get any better, no issues with walking or taking ubers to the marina and surrounding areas. We felt incredibly safe within the neighborhood with gated security. The private beach with breathtaking views. The casa with private pool was so refreshing. Our host Robyn was absolutely welcoming and great communication. We will definitely return!!”

“We booked this property since we had a wedding nearby. It is a lovely spot right on the ocean, with its own cenote. The place was private, clean, and had ample space for a large family or group of friends. Many beds available, A/C, swimming pool, options for chef and babysitters. Not super luxurious but that's not that the place is about. Would definitely recommend it, and may even look to book it again in the future.”

“The listing did not show the front of the house. We tought maybe the inside was better . It wasn't the case. The floor was dirty, the house in general dusty, the fridge very sticky on the outside, the inside had leftover food. Very old appliances and not throughly cleaned. The house was extremely hot, the A/C units and the fans where turned off and it took a long time to get comfortable. But more than anything what bothered us more was that there where 2 rooms locked up, with no explanation,……

“It’s a total scam the the king size bed is two síngal beds in one! The locating is not we’re they say it was. It’s old and outdated place. Cockroaches everywhere and place in no good don’t recommend ”

“This property is private and quiet in a nice community. The yard with the canopy of trees is so beautiful. Comfy beds, good A/C, good linens. Huge tv’s. Kitchen pretty much has what you need. Having an oven is a plus. The pool is cool. Which was perfect for the 32 C temps. It is a property worth staying at for sure. Perfect for families. The owner is a lovely man who answered all our questions and was over to help us with anything we needed. ”

“There were ten of us and the house was perfect! We saw whales from the club house every morning around 7am. We had the chef come in three times and the food and margaritas were really good! There is a grocery store across the street from the gate entrance that we got our supplies from. We had to cross a busy street but it was very convenient. Went into town once which was only 10-15 min ride. We loved being on the rooftop at night under the stars! We will definitely be coming back!!”
