“Beautiful home with plenty of room and things to do for our large family.”

“This was a perfect property for accomodations for an event in Grand Mound. Very comfortable, easy check in, no giant list of chores, and very communicative host. I hope to use this property annually for this event. Thank you!”

“Older updated home w original woodwork and built-ins. 4 bedrooms all w queen beds, comfortable w nice bedding and pillows. 3 Bedrooms and full bath upstairs, full bath on main floor off kitchen. One bedroom and extra bonus living room in basement with outdoor access. Fireplace in main and down living areas, we didn’t use. TVs in main living areas only. Had all tools necessary to cook for 6, basic supplies but in good/new condition. Only salt, pepper, and olive oil offered. Hotel size shampoo……

“It was very spacious and peaceful. They supplied us with eggs from their free range chickens which was nice for breakfast. We had a party of 7 with 4 adults and 3 children and we all slept well there. It's also nice having two bathrooms with showers. ”

“This 2 bedroom 2 bath was honestly the perfect stay while visiting my home town to help my parents move. Way better, and cleaner than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I travel a lot. The host was amazing and communicative. This is a duplex unit that is upstairs. The stairs are NOT narrow or steep so easily accessed even by my 70+yr old parents. Beds were comfy, everything so very clean, and the kitchen fully functional with everything you’d need for meals. Parking is limited to street/curbside……

“Wonderful location near town. Very peaceful. There’s some stairs involved so maybe not ideal for everyone but a great place. My only suggestion is more towels and dish towels would be good to have. Also the air system is quite loud so best to turn it off completely at night but none of these things take away from this beautiful home.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in the process of being developed into a wedding venue. There is a stunning view of Mt Rainier out the rear windows and deck. (I wish I could include some photos.) The bedrooms, living/dining areas, kitchen and basement family/game room were all very nice. The kitchen was well furnished - including a combo drip/kcup coffee maker, and a good variety of dry seasonings, etc., which simplified grocery shopping. The bathrooms, particularly one……

“Omgosh I can't say enough about this place! When you come up to it it's a little rustic on the outside which is absolutely cute. Once you open the door it is so Charming inside! And the outdoor shower, that is the best rain head shower I've ever had! It puts out so much pressure, and they have a tankless water heater so you can stand there as long as you want. I would absolutely recommend this place!”

“We loved staying at the Skoolie! The farm was excellent, and the hosts even more. We had out dog with us who was able to run around the property, and we were able to see all the animals and walk the place freely. The skoolie was warm and well equipped, the hot tub was great and has a privacy fence, and the bed super cozy! We definitely would stay again!”
