“When checked in at this hotel, fist of all, we found the toilette was broken and we had to make at least three phone calls to the front and wait for more than 30 minutes until they sent someone to fix the problem. Also, the next day morning, we just found the rubbish of previous customers was not thrown away!!! How disgusting!! This was probably the worst experience I have ever had in my life so far.
And the most regrettable part for this is Expedia was not reliable at all, even their Gold……
