We were there for only one night. When we checked in, we were told they have put us in a new room. The staff was very nice and respectable. The room was very clean except for the big sticky stain between the beds. the carpet looked out dated but the biggest drawback was the inside curtains. They only covered the outer third of the window. There was a giant bright light that was shining in our room, and we had no way to block that out so we could get some sleep. overall it was ok, but it was not worth the price of admission. I would not go back

Dear Martin, Thank you for taking the time to complete our online survey regarding your recent stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Champaign North, IL.On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for failing to exceed your expectations with We were there for only one night. I would not go back. Also, the hotel do have blackout curtains in all rooms. Next, time contact the front desk so the can give you the information on how to find the blackout curtains. Your satisfaction is important to us as a valued Guests. We will be using your feedback to make improvements, so that we can provide exceptional experiences for our guests.We hope for an opportunity to properly host you in the future.
