“We stayed at Portou House for 5 nights and had an excellent time. Very good location in Chania Old Town. Communication was great from start to finish with Julia being very responsive. We were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of wine for my Partner’s birthday which was a nice touch. The only feedback we would have is that there was no full length mirror - think it would be good to consider including in the rooms. Many thanks Julia and team at Portou House. ”

“The flat was brilliant and not too distant from the old town - 10 minute walk. However when I arrived at the property there was no receptionist and a sign pointing to the e-reception. I rang the bell on the keypad and got no response. I finally found a phone number and got through to someone who gave me a code to access my key - it was a real pain to search for a number I could contact them on - they had contacted me by email the day before to ask for my arrival time, and could easily have given……

“Absolutely lovely apartment in a great location l, the apartment was spacious modern and very clean, the apartment is well equipped but was lacking a microwave the manager did say that was being corrected there are quite a few steps to the apartment and no handrails so not ideal for people with mobility problems. Rulerer themanager was incredibly helpful and friendly , I would definitely book again ”

“Dette var ett ubeboelig, urent og rett og slett en plass jeg ikke vil anbefale noen å leie. Vi hadde bestilt to uker, men var kun innom og fant ut at ville ikke vi tilbringe to uker her, og leide oss inn ett annet sted. Vi har ikke fått noen beklagelse”

“A really nice accomadation in palochora + comfy beds, balcony, tv in both bedrooms, really good wifi and aircontition, good kitchen and big rooms also the bath that usually are small in greece. An excellent owner with a good communication and made us laugh 😁 - everything looked clean, but the shower and wall was not, maybe a mistake...?”

“Helt igennem perfekt ophold. Vi havde 2 vær. lejlighed i 2 etager - med fuld panorama udsigt. Adgang til solsenge på egen strand (som man dog skal betale for at benytte). Lille restaurant der serverer mad og drikkevarer. Virkelig god service. Eneste ting man skal være opmærksom på er at det kan være en udfordring for gangbesværede. Der er rigtig mange trapper. ”

“Dejligt familieophold i lækker lejlighed med restauranter, havnefront og kultur lige uden for døren. De 3 fornuftige værelser og gode opholdsrum gør lejligheden perfekt til 3 par. Værten var meget behjælpelig med de udfordringer der opstod undervejs og bookning af ture, taxi m.m.”
