Friendly man when arriving late, and Friendly ladies at breakfast when we arrived late. Room needs ligkt bulb, and other minor repairs.

Definitely needs to be updated. The pool was not available. Breakfast could be better.

Location was convenient, check in and out were smooth bed was comfy Really a misnomer to call it a suite It's one room with 2 beds and a pull out couch Ice maker was out of order on 3 of the 4 levels had to go to main lobby for ice Hallways on 3rd floor smelled musty as did our room overall not terrible n not great Could use a refresh / update

My child had a soccer tournament Saturday/Sunday but we decided to go Friday to enjoy the pool. We got there Friday and were told that the pool was being fill with water. Saturday was going to be open. Saturday morning we were told that the pool was being paint. We were very disappointed about the lies. We picked this hotel because of the pool. Expedia try to get some type of compensation but the hotel did not want to do anything. This is the first time I am having issues with a hotel.

The toilet flush was not working properly. We complained and nothing was done about it. Other than that it was fine

Chwcked in, asked about the pool, was told it was closed THAT night and would be working in the morning. 9am checked again and was told pool opens at 10am, no exceptions. Checked at 10am, pool closed and told she cant do anything since she isnt a maintenance person. Drove 1.5 hours with a 2 and 5 year old for the indoor pool and got nothing but dirty carpets in the room, dirty ice machine, 11am check out with $25 per hour as late check out. Not worth it. Stay someplace else.
