“The Evergreen was very quaint and was in a central location for all of our sight-seeing. The views from the back porch were beautiful, and the hot tub was perfect for soothing tired muscles after all the hiking we did. Brenda was very nice and immediately responded to all of our questions.”

“The cabin is exactly as described. The grounds keeper went out of his way to grab trash we hadn’t taken over yet while we were out. A lot of reviews mentioned the road being bad, but it’s just a typical narrow dirt road. I can see it maybe being a little intimidating if you never drive on unpaved roads, but it is very well maintained, just go slow and be mindful while passing people and you won’t have an issue.”

“This stay was for our 10th anniversary. The cabin was fantastic. We loved the hot tub and the privacy. We had an issue where VRBO didn’t send us the the cabin number and correct code. We ended up arriving at 2am due an emergency delay in our trip. We contacted VRBO and they contacted our host. We felt bad for waking him at 2am, but he was able to give us the information we needed. We stayed 3 nights. We hope to come back this summer to explore some of the activities that haven’t opened yet for……

“Stout Grove is a modern cabin with all the conveniences and amenities. Jessica and Andrew thought of everything when building this. The decor was adorable with beautiful colors and pieces of artwork that highlight our newest national park,New River Gorge. After a long day out in the park, it was so relaxing to sit on the porch, grill, and get a fire going. The cabin was just perfect! ”

“We had a wonderful time and no complaints about the property!! Just a few things for others considering or staying at this property…1. It is right beside the main road. It wasn’t a big deal and the traffic noise wasn’t bad especially not at night. 2. Turn the hot tub temp up as soon as you get there if you want to enjoy it your first evening. 3. There are some carpenter bees on the deck that are a little intimidating at first but completely harmless 4. There is only 1 television and it is……

“We 3 enjoyed staying at the Kaymoor house. it had all the basics and was very close to downtown Fayetteville with wonderful restaurants and shops. the AOTG Rafting company was 10 minutes away... this house really is convenient to everything in the area ! and the gated community made it feel very safe.”

“The house was very clean and nicely decorated. I was particularly pleased with the beds. They were very comfortable. There was everything we needed although bath mats for the showers would be nice. I was a little surprised that there wasn’t any soap for the showers, something we have found in other VRBO rentals. The host Roger, was very helpful and responded to my questions very quickly. Thanks for that Roger.”

“Very quite place way back from noise and business of city life. We were very busy with what we were doing but the campground around us looked peaceful. The cabin seemed newly built and had new furnishings. The only thing that was missing was a normal sized shower. The shower was very tiny and for the money it was overpriced. Other than that it was a good deal. ”
