"This place was a small operation where the few folks know well the usual guest needs and handle them quite efficiently. The valet service was great. Everyone is friendly. It is a comfortable place with a B&B feel. Our room was not small for being right in the center of the city. Our room and bathroom were clean and always replenished with drinking water. I would say even for not having a pool, this is still better value in town after having seen the top known luxury hotels across from each other up further North on King Street. I would stay here again. "

"Perfect walkable spot in the heart of Charleston! Loved the art museum experience within our own hotel, including an artist's ongoing oil painting that we would walk by every day near the lobby. Breakfast isn't super hearty but a muffin and a piece of fruit to get you going for the day. The staff is attentive and we loved the evening cookie delivery!"
