“After being stranded at 2 in the morning by American Airlines, I was forced to make my own arrangements for a place to sleep. I mistakenly reserved rooms for later that night instead of at that moment. The front desk agent was able to fix the problem so that I didn’t have to choose between paying double or sleeping on an airport floor. Thank you so much!”

“The hotel and front desk was excellent the room is very clean but has the smell of smoke when you walk into the toom even though its a non smoking room. And let me warn you this hotel back off the road behind some buildings but the area in front of the hotel on the main road is heavily ingested with jomeless people and drug dealers. Im from garner NC and came to stay with my husband whos working in charlotte for a month and leaving the hotel yesterday to get something to eat it was around 9pm i……

“Although they try to keep things clean, many of the tenants leave their trash outside (not in the cans). There are cameras but there were awful screaming matches between my neighbors when I was staying there. It may not be like this all the time but I do not recommend extended stay. They had a fire which disables them from serving breakfast.”

“I stayed for a week because I had a funeral to attend and the property was near the family's home. The manager says he doesn't rent that suite because he uses every now and then. Seemed clean at first. Later that night I noticed there was pubic hair and poop on the toilet, behind the seat and under the lid. I had disinfecting wipes and the office was closed, so I had to clean it myself. The bathtub had cigarette burns and some of the paint inside the tub was chipped. The walls of the tub was……

“This is the worst hotel I have ever lived, the room is dirty and the equipments are old, especially in the bathroom. Although this is the first time I lived in Budget Inn which was the cheapest one, I will never choose any other hotel of Budget Inn.”

“Bugs, dirty, falling apart. Had to check in behind bulletproof glass. mad sketchy. If you need a few hours between flights and need a place to crash for the night. It’s cheap as hell. If you can stand the disgusting room it’s a low cost option. I’d vote this the most likely motel to get raided by police in all of Charlotte. ”
