“We wanted to enjoy a weekend in Carlton Landing and all it has to offer without overspending for a two-night lake getaway. This guest house was small, but just right for what we needed. There’s no oven/stove unit but they have an electric stove top appliance that allowed us to cook breakfast on. Short walk to the pool, food trucks, beach and other spots. The ladder was steep (as expected), but our 4 and 8 year old boys did okay with it.”

“This was a perfect place for four friends to getaway and have a great time! Space was clean, comfy and super cute! Great central location close to pool, Meeting House restaurant, common activity areas and waterfront. Great elevated patio area to relax. We will definitely be back!”

“The location of the property is gorgeous. The landscaping is beautiful. It is perched on top of a hill, so be prepared for a climb from your car, but once you’ve made it the view is worth it. We loved the floor to ceiling windows and the balcony with a view to the lake.”

“We loved the property. Kids enjoyed the fishing pond(yes they did catch fish),exploring and smores by fire pit. I loved the tub in the master bath. After a long day at the lake and showers, granddaughters loved the soft blankets and a movie. Outside deck was great, had smoker and pellet grill.”

“It was a nice little spot but if you're looking for a nice quite place to enjoy, it is dependent on the neighbors not coming in and out all night with a loud truck.”
