“The location is great because it gives you two parking spots downtown where public parking costs 4 dollars an hour. We parked and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit the whole weekend. The facility was quiet and very clean. The apartment was light and cozy. There was plenty of bedding, clean towels & toiletries. The daybeds in the main living room were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the dishes & utensils we needed for light meals. Definitely would recommend.”

“This place is a five star gem. The attention to detail and comfort by the owners Nicholas and his wife are beyond description. You won't want to leave, an easy two block walk downtown and the lake. Oatmeal bar, premium coffees, large dining room, large living room, french doors. Highly recommend, we will return.”

A few items of note: -Master a/c unit doesn’t reach the bedrooms. -Cleaning service needs to do a better job checking the oven and freezer. We would definitely return! “Host did extras including grab bars/mat in shower (I have a slight imbalance prob) and getting us decaf coffee. He met us on arrival and literally walked us throughout. Everything was remodeled and clean as a pin. I don’t like steps with imbalance prob, so except for a shower, we stayed very comfy on the 1st floor with our Murphy bed, ½ bath (well stocked), kitchenette with table/chairs, fridge, MW, hot plate and every type of pot, pan, silverware, plate, cup and glass possible (SMILEY FACE). “Cute little place with awesome views of the lake!!! All the amenities needed, very nicely decorated, and comfy beds! Personal parking spot a great plus! Some maintenance required though and a funny smell that was not pleasant to come back to. We had to buy a candle to drown out the smell and one family member with autoimmune health struggles had difficultly with this.”
