"The weekend was super packed and everyone had to register to check in. I've never seen that kind of inefficient system for hotel check-in. "I thought this place is new and stuffs are also almost new condition when I reserved room. But it didn't. Stuffs condition were old and there were no microwave machine on the room. Although, room was large space and if you see the sight via window, it's very peaceful and calm. You can easily hear noise that makes from next to room. Finally I got to know this resort was remodeled only outside structures."

"I was extremely disappointed with this property. This has been the first disappointing experience in my 2 month’s long trip in Korea. When I arrived to check in, the staff was very disorganized and they didn’t even know I was coming. They kept asking for my reservation number. I book accommodations on Expedia monthly in various countries and this was the first time the staff didn’t expect me or send a greeting before. I had to find the reservation number for them to find me in the system....

"The room was very nice and had floor heating than, over time made the room too hot. The location was a little challenging without a car because there was no taxis in the area and one must rely on public transportation. This is fine if you don’t have much luggage. The dining options at the hotel and surrounding area were also very limited. There is a very cute cafe within walking distance called Bada View. "

"Family of six stayed here for 3 nights. Kids enjoyed the fun rooms, but the location was bit awkward. We also ended up not using the pool at all as it was not so inviting. My youngest kids still loved the fun rooms as it was a unique experience for them."
