“We were pleased with the unit and the location. The only drawback was the gazebo had rusted scaffolding stored around it that took away any thoughts of enjoying it in the evening. That’s why we only gave the online listing three stars instead of five.”

“Stayed here for the eclipse but got much more out of it. It was a nice quiet stay right on the lake which made for and enjoyable long weekend. Havinging th abilty to walk out, sit around a fire on a lake and fish was quite enjoyable. The tiny home was perfect for our needs and look forward to staying here again in the future. It was pet friendy yet lacked any animal hair which was a big concern as we had more than 1 person alerigic to dogs but had to bering out non shedding dog with us. Overall……

“We had a wonderful visit at this tiny house on the lake. Beautiful views. The house itself was open and spacious. Ended up we had a few tag alongs and it easily accommodated 6 adults. We will be back again! PS: You can fish from the beach.”

“The house is exactly as advertised. The house is very clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is well apppointed with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. Very nice amenties throughout. Neighborhood was quiet (although this was April and not peak lake season). The neighbors are great. Large yard. A bit soggy duet to rain and mud management was a constant. Jason was awesome - excellent communications and very prompt on replies. If we get back to Lakewood, we would stay……

“This home is wonderful. As advertised, right on the lake with some of the most beautiful sunrises you’ve ever seen. Large windows allow you to enjoy the view from the living room or master bedroom. The home was more spacious than I imagined from photos. It is decorated with a tasteful nautical theme, making the house feel welcoming and comfortable. There are parks, trail heads, & stores within walking distance of the home. We didn’t spend a lot of time in front of the TV but it was nice and the……

“Had a nice time. Very quiet. The arrangement of the bathroom and bedrooms is very bizarre. I do not recommend bringing kids if you want privacy with your partner. No door on main bedroom and bathroom is inside the main bedroom. Accordion door for secondary bedroom.”

“This property had plenty of room for our family. Although the main portion of the house is not air conditioned, the bedrooms all had room air conditioners. We really enjoyed being right on the lake. The property between the house and the lake isn't big, but it's very nicely shaded and we spent a lot of time out there. The kids loved the fishing. The cleanliness of the property was an issue. Carpets had crumbs and were dirty. Bathroom wasn't cleaned well. The house clearly had not been dusted……

“This place is awesome. If you don’t stay here then you are missing out. There is so much to be able to do at the house itself that it’s impossible to not have a good time. Pool, foosball, darts, horseshoes, hot tub, fire pit, they got it all. Or you can just chill out and relax on the back deck. Would definitely recommend this place to others.”

“We loved our time at this cozy cottage. It was clean and modern with lots of snuggly spots to enjoy the views of Lake Erie. It was the perfect location for exploring Chautauqua county’s many picturesque towns and villages, both along Lake Erie and into Lake Chautauqua.”
