“Location is good. Carpet is quite dirty and smelly. Condition of the shower cubicle is poor that water splashed out onto the floor through gaps in between partitions and doors”

“Just about 10-minute walk to Victoria Station, very convenient. Since it is centre, thus the price is higher as compared to other location. Room is not very spacious. Other things ok.”

“Hotel is nearly overground station, and also bus station. The room is a bit small, but still ok. Overall tidy and clean. Staff are really nice, very supportive. We found that the bath tub was not draining properly, and the staff fixed it in the next day. ”

“1. 飯店非常新且乾淨,雖然門面很小,但房間非常舒適我們在這享受了7個晚上,冷氣空調非常舒服價格在倫敦算非常合理 2. 工作人員非常nice, 雖然沒有電梯是缺點,但如有行李會馬上有服務人員來搬忙搬至房間,我們攜帶了3個大型行李,服務人員非常樂意幫忙 3. 飯店就在地鐵旁,走路不用30秒喔!真的太太太方便 4. 飯店就在倫敦最大shopping mall旁邊,還有2個大超市,要購物要吃飯簡直方便到不行,購物累了還可以回房間休息後再繼續戰鬥 5. 飯店附近走路5分鐘的Hillton飯店公車站有oxford tube 和 outlet express停靠站,去oxford和outlet這些地方簡直方便到不行 6. 飯店正樓下有一間中國餐廳,他的新加坡菜好好吃”

“Stayed 3 nights..The twin room is a bit small but the cleanliness is superb.. an extra small chair/table would make it perfect.The area is close to grocery stores. Just be careful of your belongings when using the nearest underground.”

“The hotel location is near Victoria Coach Station which takes less than 1 hour from Heathrow Airport by National Express bus. Good breakfast! Staffs are helpful.”

“I had a great stay! Was made to feel very welcome, offered a choice of room and a complimentary drink upon check in! The staff are very personable and helpful. The room was great, reasonable size considering the excellent location and neighbourhood in central London. Had a great night sleep, and a very tasty cooked full English breakfast in the morning. Wifi was brilliant, and the location really doesnt get any better!! Look forward to staying again.”

“Home Sweet Home Exquisite setting in an elegant residential area, close to public transportation, Camden Town and Little Venice. We loved our accommodations: cozy, extra clean, comfortable bedding, functional with large shower. Best of all was the family-like welcome from Lekha and the international feel enjoying a hearty delicious UK breakfast with other guests. We loved our stay at Primrose Cottage. It made us love our visit to London even more. A home to come home to every night.”

“location! location! location! located at the north side of the Hyde park, not at the main tourist area but still everything is convenience! Its a small bed & breakfast hotel but without breakfast service, cost EUR 4 if you like to buy their breakfast box from frant desk, but really it doesn't matter, there is a Mac Donold just at the cornor of Hyde Park.”
