"The advertisement stated that the property could accommodate up to 99 guests, however, our group consisted of only 17 individuals, with 6 spending the night. The property owner attempted to extort additional funds from us, requesting $400 via PayPal or Zelle, due to our intention of hosting a barbecue. Our every move was closely monitored by neighbors who sat in their yard with chairs facing our front door, likely at the behest of the property owner. Midway through our stay, we received a message from the owner threatening to contact the authorities if we did not vacate the premises within 30 minutes. In my experience of renting vacation properties through VRBO at least 15 times, this was by far the worst encounter I have had. I strongly advise against renting this property."

"Impeccably clean and just as described we enjoyed a long spring weekend in Annapolis. The house was perfect as a jumping off point for our plans. Very clean, remodeled inside & out and literally had everything we needed. Shopping and dining options near by and the neighbor was quiet & safe and about 15 minutes from downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy. Justin was very communicative leading up to and during our stay even telling me where he had gotten a particular piece of decor I admired. We were able to enjoy the space inside & out as did our dog. The fenced yard was a big plus for him to have somewhere to run & play. If we go back we would rebook in a heart beat."

"Tim and his family are wonderful hosts and extremely responsive if there is a problem. My stay of three weeks is not the norm and enjoyable.The king size bed and wonderful linens and blankets provided an awesome night's sleep.The HUGE TV is beyond belief. An abundant supply of high quality towels and bath/shower products were greatly appreciated.The sauna...where do I begin??? Walking around the neighborhood is safe with plenty of docks and water views. Grocery stores and other retail and restaurant establishments are a quick 4-8 mile drive. The Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Sandy Point State Park with beach are just minutes away. Following are few thoughts for those considering this SPA loft apartment: - The stairs up to the loft are steep with a hand rail only on one side. Probably not the best setup for senior citizens or those with a disability. Tim's wife and daughter helped with taking heavy items up the stairs as I am still recovering from a shattered femur. - Water glasses are not provided or a can opener so bring your own. - There isn't a table or chairs to eat a meal. I sat at the desk or recliner for a meal.And,the recliner is VERY comfortable. - Refrigerator is small and the freezer section can only hold 1 or 2 frozen items. I suggest bringing an ice chest if you plan on staying for a while but fine for a long weekend or week stay. Thanks Tim!"
