“I love to go sightseeing with my family members and I have stayed in countless hotels. I do not use to write negative feedback but my experience with this hotel is the worst among all, making me to feel that I have to write something. First of all, the receiptionist was impolite and even rude. I was told that there was a charge for the carpark. When I tried to ask the fee for parking, I could not understand why I gave the impression to the receptionist that I did not want to pay the fee. She……

“Best hotel I’ve stayed in. Spotless, stylish, comfortable. The room had an amazing shower. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant where the service was top quality. Swimming pool was clean and lovely. Can’t think of any faults.”

“The property is very conveniently located to allow great access to all the Cambridge sights. The room was lovely and well-appointed with teas, coffee and even hot chocolate. The property is beautiful and allows for great walks in their green space. The staff were definitely helpful though sometimes with a slightly detached attitude. That is the only criticism I would have. ”
